After that, shipping speed will depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout.

• Items must be returned in their original.

Before returning your item, please email us at hello@shedbeauty.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know your order number and the reason(s) for your return.

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your own peace of mind.

Once we receive your return:

• We will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return policy requirements.
• If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
